This penthouse apartment is located in Vera Playa just a few minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location.

The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. The lounge has a settee, 32' flat screen TV receiving UK TV channels, Netflix, Radio and YouTube. Free WI-FI internet which is unlimited is included.

The kitchen is fully equipped, including Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and washing machine/dryer and coffee maker. There is a full itinerary of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.

The penthouse also benefits from a private spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private plunge pool, a built in BBQ and is equipped with sun loungers, patio table and chairs.

For those using a car, there is free secure parking. There is also lift access to the apartment.

We booked the apartment for a short one week break in October21. Thankfully the weather was wonderful and as all the amenities and beach were so close by you could walk everywhere if you wanted without any problems.

The apartment was a real home from home and had everything you could possibly want, including your own plunge pool with penthouse views.

All in all was really cosy.

Would love ❤️ to return again. Thank you Andy for the very thoughtful welcome pack much appreciated after a long journey.

Stayed here 3 weeks whilst looking for a property in Costa Almeria. The apartment was in an ideal location, close to the beautiful beach and walking distance to the local bars & restaurants. Also close enough by car to all the places we visited in our search; Vera, Garrucha, Villaricos, Mojacar, Turre and San Juan. We even went into Lorca in Murcia twice for shopping there. The apartment was well equipped, loved the roof terrace and plunge pool. Because of COVID all the communal pools were closed, so having the plunge pool to swim in was great for me, aespecially knowing we were going back to another lockdown in the UK, so all leisure facilities closed at home, had to have one final swim before we left. The one downside was the double bed, mattress was too soft and the whole bed moved every time you turned in the night. We were told the mattress is being replaced. We had a great time even got used to the occasional naked people around on the beach and on the main road. You just accept and get used to seeing this! Had a lovely suprise welcome pack (thanks Andy). Property manager Shelly and husband Alan were terrific and so helpful. Would recommend this property to everyone.
