House Description:

Casa Serenity has 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms suitable for 10 adults. The house is very spacious and bright, it was renovated in 2021, it is very comfortable with modern furnishings.

Ground floor:

When entering in the house from the front door just off the large entrance hall is the 1st large double bedroom with 2 beds (each bed is 90 cm x 190 cm) the room has air conditioning and forced-air heating.

Exploring more of the ground floor you come into another large open plan area and just off this to the right is the lounge with satellite/digital TV.

There is Wi-Fi throughout the house.

Continuing along you come to a large living area/dining room with plenty of windows all around to give you lots of light, there is a large dining table that easily sits 10 people comfortably which is located close to the windows, therefore it is always nice and bright. The wood-burning stove is also in this area, which is great to light for those cold evenings, which is not often. The air conditioning and forced-air heating is fitted throughout the house and is available to use when you like.

The back door is located at the back of the room which takes you out on to the patio, garden, BBQ, and swimming pool area.

Just outside to the right of the back door is a large dining table that seats 10 people so you can enjoy your breakfast outside or be close to the BBQ for when the steaks are ready.

The raised swimming pool is located facing the back door to the left, which is fantastic for the whole family to go in and cool down on those hot days.

When entering back into the house on either side there are 2 showers/WC.

There is also a well-equipped kitchen on this floor, containing an oven, dishwasher, 3 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.

When you go back into the main part of the house you will come to a staircase on your right, when you go up a few stairs you will come to the 2nd bedroom another large double bedroom with 2 beds (each bed is 90 cm x 190 cm) the room has air conditioning and forced-air heating.

Upper floor:

Continuing up the stairs when you arrive on this level there are 2 large open spaces, one space is ideal should you need to bring the outside seating inside, the second space has been transformed into a small home gym with air conditioning and forced-air heating.

Just off each side of these rooms are another 2 bedrooms. both being large double bedrooms with 2 beds (each bed is 90 cm x 190 cm) the rooms have air conditioning and forced-air heating.

Just off the largest bedroom there is a bathroom and toilet.

There is a large terrace located just through the patio doors, going on to the terrace you will find a ping pong table and some very large comfortable sofas that go under the covered terrace, which is fantastic touch should you get a rainy day, (which is not often depending on the time of the year). However, should the rain arrive at least you can happily sit outside and watch the storm pass by before the sun comes out again, which it will do and usually very quickly.

This covered terrace is also ideal if you want to escape out of the sun for a while and just enjoy the views and relax.

Should you decide to come in the winter this house is also ideal because we can bring in the terrace furniture as the areas are big enough. Then you can just appreciate the mountain views from inside the house through the windows.

Going back into the house now you will find another staircase where the 5th bedroom is located this room in my opinion has the best views of the mountains and all the outside areas. In this bedroom again there are 2 beds (each bed is 90 cm x 190 cm) the rooms have air conditioning and forced-air heating.
