This penthouse apartment is located just a few minutes minutes walk from the beach in a quiet and peaceful location.
The property has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with twin beds, and two bathrooms, The penthouse is tastefully furnished with high quality furniture. The lounge has a sofa, 32' flat screen TV receiving UK TV channels, music apps, radio and YouTube. Unlimited WI-FI internet is included.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including Microwave, fridge/freezer, oven and hob, toaster and washing machine. There is a full itinerary of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils.
The penthouse also benefits from a private spacious roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains and has the luxury of its own private plunge pool, a built in BBQ and is equipped with sun loungers, table and chairs.
For those using a car, there is secure parking.
There is also lift access to the apartment.
Rental rates include use of all amenties,and utilities within the apartment and development. This does include Air conditioning costs and cleaning.
Towels are provided for use within the apartment only. Guests should bring their your own beach towels although they can be hired for a small charge.
Unlimited WI-FI Internet is included in the price.
A cot and/or highchair and beach towels are available as optional extras. Please let us know when booking if you require these.
The apartment overlooks a communal pool and jacuzzi on a child-friendly complex with secure gardens.
There are several bars and restaurants within a short walk. A large supermarket, a bank and an aquapark are situated less than ten minutes away. There are four golf courses within a short drive and the area also accommodates a variety of other sporting activities, including cycling, go-karting, horse riding and watersports.

Reviews
The apartment was perfect for our needs (mature couple) or for a small family. Two good-sized bedrooms, two bathrooms, functional kitchen, internet TV and a truly magnificent roof terrace and splash pool. Lots of excellent value (cheap?) café/bars and restaurants within easy walking distance, and even more a 2-3 minute drive away. However, not all were open as it was very early in the season. Also great support/advice from on-site manager. What more can you ask for?
An excellently equipped, comfortable, clean apartment in a very well maintained complex close to beach, bars/restaurants and a large supermarket.
We came for 1 week as we were looking to buy a property. We were out every day but came back late afternoon. What a welcome the roof to private pool was. Excellent location. The welcome pack was very much appreciated. Andy the owner emailed us while we were there to check everything was ok. Apartment lovely and clean. Walking distance to beach, bars & restaurants.
